Our household LOVES Hyatt hotels, so when my husband had a job training event lined up, we knew that we were definitely going to be looking for a local Hyatt to stay in for a couple of days. The hotel staff is definitely what makes it stand out - from front desk employees to kitchen and cleaning staff - everyone was friendly, warm and approachable! The hotel is nice and clean, has a spacious lobby with ample seating. There are two elevators and, in the three days that we stayed here, there was never a time that we had to wait for an elevator for longer than 1 minute. The free breakfast was delicious, offers many options, coffee is very good! I only wish there were pastries available as well, but there's Black Bear bakery right there in the building of the hotel (entrance is separate and is accessible from the street only). The area is super walkable, while my husband was at the work event, I never felt a need to drive anywhere - my toddler and I walked down to the Grand Boulevard Plaza every day where there are tons of shops, cafes, a park and a Publix. There's also a pool, which was super nice to have and we totally made use of it!

The breakfast was delicious and my spouse and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the area with plenty to do with restaurants near the hotel. My wife loves to shop so we visited the outlet mall a short distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and clean. More adults than children which was nice if you are going away with adults or your spouse. Very clean and saw no bug activity (which is hard to find in florida). This is definitely the hotel we will continue to book with when going down to that area! Good location between 30A and destin

The fridge was not working and I had insulin to keep cold they replaced the fridge immediately and they offered to put the insulin in the fridge in their kitchen for me. The cleaning staff was very nice! The pool was clean & a great temperature!
